WORK EXPERIENCE:

Started as Investment Analyst and later as Investment Officer at BANCOM
Development Corporation, the leading Investment Bank at that time. He joined the
Lopez Group of Companies starting as Finance Assistant to the General Manager
of Meralco, then as Finance Director of PT & T; Finance Head of ABS-CBN &
was AVP Head for Finance & Corporate Planning of the ABS-CBN Group of
Companies when Martial Law forced the disbandment of this Group of Companies.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

| After the declaration of Martial Law, he decided to join the family
Business of his parents, Lorenzana Food Corporation as President. The company
pioneered and later on became the dominant company in the export of Filipino food worldwide.
In the local market, the company successfully marketed the Lorins brand patis
(fish sauce) to the no.1 position which it still occupies presently.
Together with his wife and children, he established their own business
starting with the White Rock Resort Hotel, now at a 150 room hotel and
waterpark; Mt. Woods Hotel in the Freeport Zone; a 28 – room boutique hotel; the
Office Warehouse Inc., an office supplies/office technology/furniture retail chain,
which started with two branches in 1998 to a total of 38 stores at present; and an
agribusiness firm Subic Bay Cultivation Resources, Inc. which is engaged in
poultry contract growing with SMC, starting with 7, 000 birds in 2001 to the
present capacity of 220,000 birds per grow. Lately, the family put up a Tesda-
approved school, the Best Freeport Colleges with a curriculum leading to Hotel &
Restaurant Management.
Mr. Lorenzana remains as Chairman of these companies.

EXPERIENCES and POSITIONS in the TOURISM INDUSTRY:

Greater Subic Bay Tourism Bureau established in 2005.
An aggrupation of tourism establishments in the Freeport area
and contiguous areas of Olongapo City, Subic Zambales and
Morong, Bataan. The organization has branded the tourist destination “SUBIK”
|
| Chairman: |
Subic Bay Multipartite Monitoring Teams for Subic Bay, an
aggrupation of 18 organizations within the Subic Bay area
organized under the EMB-DENR Region III to prevent
further degradation of Subic Bay and the improvement of
the water quality.

| Founder: |
Subic Bay Resorts Association, an aggrupation of 44 tourism
establishments around Subic Bay established in 1991, after
the PINATUBO eruption.
Vice-Pres. & Trustee:North Philippines Visitor’s Bureau, an NGO organized in
2007 by MNTC, operator of NLE, to promote tourism for North Philippines.

ZANZET (Zambales Network for Sustainable Environmental
Tourism) An aggrupation of all Mayors and the Provincial
Governmet, established in 2008 to plan, develop and market
Zambales as a prime tourist destination in Western Luzon.
Attended several Tourism promotions groups as well as personal travels to
observe tourism trends especially in Southeast Asia and the Pacific region.
